132 RED / WHITE SPLIT
Copies on RED / WHITE half/half split were only available at the record release show on October 22nd, 2005.
Each record has a hand numbered postcard-sized insert numbered out of 132 saying "THANK YOU" to those
who came to the show.
235 PINK / BLACK SWIRL
Copies on Pink/Black swirl were only available to those who pre-ordered directly from Rivalry.
870 WHITE
870 were pressed on White vinyl.
