If you don't want to order online, you can print, complete, and mail us one of our ordering forms below (available in .PDF or .GIF format). We accept money orders or well concealed cash (however, sending cash through the mail is not recomended). Please do not send us personal checks.

- California residents, please add 8.25% sales tax to your total order.
- International orders: you must order at least 2 items for us to honor our international rates, due to high postage costs for airmail shipping.

Question & Answer:

Q:"How long will it take for me to receive my order"
A: Your order will arrive to you within 1-3 weeks. It usually takes us 3-5 working days before we send out your order, and then the mail system can take up to 8 working days. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US ASKING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS UNLESS IT IS AT LEAST 3 WEEKS OLD!

Q:"I live outside the U.S.A., why do I have to order 2 items from you if your prices are already postage paid?"
A: International airmail postage rates are expensive and the only way to keep our international prices reasonable is to require a minimum of 2 items per order.

Q:"Can I get a tracking number for my order that was already sent out?"
A: We do not pay for delivery confirmation for packages that we ship via the United States Postal Service. If you would like a tracking number for your order, you must notify us via email BEFORE we send out your order. You will be required to Paypal us the additional cost for purchasing delivery confirmation on your package.

Q:"It's been almost 2 weeks, where is my order?!?!?"
A: Be patient. It is not uncommon for an order to take 3 weeks from the day you place the order to the day it arrives on your doorstep. This is due to heavy workloads at Rivalry and heavy workloads at the Post Office.

Q:"Can I return my item for a refund?" or "Can I exchange my item for another size or color?"
A: All sales are final. We do not do refunds or exchanges unless the merchandise is defective or there was a mistake made by Rivalry with the item that was shipped to you. If the item is defective or we made a mistake, email us so that we can fix the situation.

Q:"But I still have a question about my order, how can I contact you?"
A: If you still have questions about your order, direct them to mailorder AT rivalryrecords DOT com. Please include your order confirmation number in your email.
